I moved into North College LLC park a little over 6 months ago. It is a beautiful park. The lot rates are very reasonable especially for what you get. The gated community offers safety that isn’t found at other parks in the area. Management is incredible and very responsive. The park is kept clean and very well maintained. A 5 star park!

North College 55+ is a wonderful community to live in! Reasonable lot rent, very quiet, safe and friendly park. Gated entrances keep most people out that don't belong here. No street parking and "junky" places are kept to a minimum. We love living here - It's a beautiful place. The Onsite Manager and Maintenance staff are outstanding! They are very helpful and keep the park in good repair and looking very nice. Great snow removal, new fencing and slowly but surely removing older run-down homes and replacing with new ones. Definitely a 5-star gem in Northern Colorado!!

We do enjoy living here and appreciate all the improvements that have been made in the last couple of years like the security gate, replacing the perimeter fencing, replacing cement on many of the driveways, replacing some of the really old units with new ones, the painting of many of the old units, etc. It just feels like things have been spruced up and we appreciate that. We think West and his team do a good job of keeping things up. We enjoy living in this park and appreciate all the improvements and care that have been undertaken to make it nicer.

I have lived in North College for over 12 years - and I continue to enjoy the clean, quiet and safe environment it provides. I find the management of the park easy to work with, and I enjoy my neighbors! Great place to live!

This park is a great place to live. It is very quiet most of the time. We have nice neighbors too. We are close to the grocery store, gas station and a few fast food restaurants. We get to watch the wildlife out back. The fence is finally up. The maintenance workers are helpful too.

The management team here has done a great job of communicating to us information on what is going on in the community and improving the looks and security of our community.
